Since its establishment in Dubai in 1982, Arabian Packaging has become a leader in the corrugated packaging industry. Our journey reached a significant milestone in 2004 with the launch of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which is the largest and most technologically advanced in the Middle East.
With over four decades of experience, we pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of technological advancements and supply chain management. Our ISO-accredited facility integrates advanced manufacturing and logistics capabilities, allowing us to deliver efficient and dynamic services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. 1982

ESTABLISHMENT

Arabian Packaging founded in Rashidiya, Dubai, starting with 4 converting machines and one Corrugator line.

2000

EXPANSION

Installment in a Swiss-made mini-line 4-color Flexo-Folder Gluer.

2002

UPGRADES

Further installations included two additional Swiss-made converting machines: a 4-color Flexo-Folder Gluer and a larger format 6-color Flexo-Folder Gluer with Inline Stitching capability.

2004

RELOCATION

Relocated to Jebel Ali Industrial Area 2, expanding to 80,000 sqm.

FACILITY UPGRADES

Installed the largest Corrugator in the Middle East (2.8 meters) and 3 converting machines, a German 5-color printer and Rotary Die-Cutter, a large format FFG and a Flat Die-Cutter.

2008

PRODUCTIVITY INCREASE

Increased production capacity from 3000 MT to 7000 MT per month.

2015

TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT

Invested in a 7-color top-of-the-line German printing machine with Rotary Die cut capabilities.

2017

NEW MACHINERY

Installment of a large format Swiss Flatbed Die-cutter and a multi-point specialty folder gluer line.

2018

UPGRADES

Installed a high-speed Corrugator line with full automatic control and a speed of 450 meters per minute, an 8-color German offline printer with advanced high-tech capabilities, and a plate-making and processing CTP equipment to improve quality and service for new products.

2021

SYSTEM UPGRADE

Transitioned to the SAP System in Finance.

2022

PROCESS STREAMLINING

Upgraded the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

2023

STRATEGIC RESTRUCTURING

Launched new company vision, mission, and core values. Undertook organizational restructuring and a new turnaround strategy.

2024

LAB FACILITY EXPANSION

Installed state-of-the-art quality testing and laboratory facilities.

NEW LOGO LAUNCH

Introduced a complete corporate identity revamp.
